v0.2.0-beta.7: updates in seconds
On Windows, "Restart and update" switches to the new version in seconds; running work pauses at a safe point and picks up afterwards.
- The new version installs alongside the old one and restarting switches over; if something goes wrong, you can roll back.
- If tasks are running, it tells you how many and lets you restart now, when idle, or later.
- Installers ship for Apple silicon (M-series) Macs and Windows (x64).
Answers come as charts
Ask about your numbers and roles answer with stat cards, tables and charts, ready to read.
- Quick answers on a role page, task conversations and free chat can all show stat cards, tables, and bar, line, pie and funnel charts.
- Display only: no buttons, forms or outside links appear in answers. Anything that needs your decision is still a card.
AI answer tracking
Each week the Web Operations role asks AIs like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude about your category, and records whether you are mentioned and which sites they cite.
- Which questions to track, and how many, starts as a suggestion from your brand profile; you just confirm.
- A dashboard at the top of the Content & Search page: mention-rate trends, every question's answer from every AI, the most-cited sites, and you versus competitors.
- Every answer is kept in full with its citations, so you can see what changed since last week.
Reddit operations
Using the brand account you're already signed in to in Chrome, it checks your inbox and subreddit daily and watches outside keywords; replies are drafted, you approve, the extension fills them in and you hit send.
- No Reddit developer app, and no program logging in to your account: reading and writing both go through the browser extension with your own login.
- The AI first judges whether each new post or comment needs a reply and flags customer feedback and user-generated content; replies are drafted from your FAQ and brand voice.
- Anything that didn't go out (nobody approved, signed out, blocked) gets a one-line reminder on the Social Media page; everything sent is logged on your computer.
Say it, and it's set up
Weekly reports and logging to your own spreadsheet are no longer fixed features. Tell a role in a sentence and it configures itself.
- Want a report every Friday? Say so and it sets up a scheduled task; want a different format, say that too.
- Want sent messages copied to your own spreadsheet? It reads the headers, maps the columns and shows you a sample row on a card. Nothing is written until you click "Keep".
- Reports can be copied and exported, and every version is kept.
Missing something? Fill it in right there
If a task needs a connection or a setting you don't have yet, a card pops up on the spot; fill it in and the original task carries on.
- Connection and settings cards appear in your card feed, in the task and in the side panel. No trip to a settings page.
- The AI says what's missing, why it needs it and what it suggests; the same gap is only asked about once.
- Connecting on the Connections page counts too: the card closes itself and the work resumes.
Ad creative: find the weak ones, write new ones
Upload a Google or Meta export; the Paid Ads role finds the weak ads, writes new headlines and descriptions, and builds an upload sheet in the official format.
- Weak ads are picked against the median of the same export; anything without enough data is listed separately instead of guessed at.
- New headlines and descriptions are checked locally for length and banned words; images can go to the Design role in a batch.
- Upload sheets follow each platform's official bulk-upload template, column for column.
Site building: authorise Shopify in the browser, theme first
Connect your Shopify store by authorising it in the browser; the Site Building role asks you to pick a theme first and works in an unpublished copy.
- Your Shopify store connects once you authorise it in the browser. No developer app to create, no terminal.
- Before it starts, the Site Building role hands you a "pick a theme" card, then edits an unpublished copy. Your live store stays untouched.
- You see the changes first; nothing is published until you say yes.
Sign-up and sign-in
Sign up with your name, email and a password; verify your email and get 10 free credits. Sign in with an email code or your password.
- You agree to the Terms at sign-up; once your email is verified, 10 credits land right away and last 90 days.
- Sign in with an email code by default, or with your password; you can reset a forgotten password yourself.
- The desktop app and the web account page share the same account.
Windows installer and one-click updates
Windows now installs with a double-click, and a new version is one click away.
- A Windows installer that works even in folders with spaces or Chinese characters; uninstalling keeps your data.
- An update button in the bottom-left corner: once downloaded, click "Restart and update". If work is running, it asks first.
- Updates come from our own download site, with GitHub as a backup.
The B2B role
Inquiries are graded four ways and likely scams are flagged red; quotes over a rep’s limit go to the lead.
- Every new inquiry gets a grade: real buyer, price shopping, sample-hunting, or likely scam. Likely scams are flagged and never answered automatically.
- The rest get a drafted first reply as a card for you to approve. WhatsApp inquiries take the same path.
- Quotes come out as a PDF, with terms taken from the quote version and your fact cards. Anything over a rep’s limit goes to the lead.
- When a rep leaves or changes territory, a handover card is created; ownership only moves once it is approved.
One company balance, monthly limits per member and role
The whole company shares one balance; the lead decides how much each person and role can spend per month.
- The company shares one credit balance instead of topping up per person.
- Set a monthly limit for each member and each role. At 80% the page warns you; at 100% the lead and admins get a notice.
- Going over only blocks that one request, and says which limit ran out: company, personal or role.
Free chat
Chat the way you would on the web, then hand the result to a role.
- "Free chat" now sits at the top of the left rail: streaming answers, stop, regenerate, copy.
- Turn on web search and sources come back as links; turn on "Answer from company docs" and it reads only your knowledge base, with citations.
- When the chat turns into real work, "Hand to a role" passes the last question and answer to the right role.
- Chat history stays on your computer.
DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0 (preview)
Adapter tests and the full simulation run before every upgrade; official web search and automations are now in use.
- The base is now DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0 (preview). The upgrade followed our public process: pin a baseline, run the adapter tests and the simulation loop, merge only when everything passes.
- Roles now look things up with the official web search and page fetcher.
- Recurring work runs on the official automations. Anything that sends something out still becomes a card for you first.
- Upstream reporting channels that would send data to third parties are switched off by default.
Target markets
Paste your website and it works out which countries you sell to.
- During setup it reads your site’s country switcher, language folders and shipping policy to infer your markets, and shows where each conclusion came from. If it can’t tell, it leaves the field empty for you.
- Once your store is connected it checks again against your shipping zones and tells you what changed. Anything you edited yourself is left alone.
- Search visibility and AI answer checks run per market from this list.
